# Wash cycles creation

In order to create a wash cycle, select cycles from the Programs and Cycles screen and then tap the plus icon button on the bottom right.

Once you do so, you enter the cycle creation guided flow and you can simply follow along with the prompts to create a complete wash cycle in under 60 seconds.

Here's a detailed description of the guided flow:

# Step 1 - Cycle Name and Type

Simply tap on the input field to enter a name for the cycle. Make sure it's descriptive enough for you. Then, select the type of cycle you wish to create; you can choose among six different cycles types: soak, prewash, wash, rinse, spin and unroll.

To proceed to the next step, tap Confirm.

# Step 2 - Temperature, level and duration

Use the sliders to select the desired temperature and the desired water level, then use the icon buttons to set the cycle duration in minutes and seconds.

To proceed to the next step, tap Confirm.

# Step 3 - Chemicals

Tap on the chemical you wish to add. You can add more than one if you would like. Once you activate a chemical, you'll be prompted to set the quantity of chemical that needs to be erogated and the activation, which can be set to seconds or to water level.

To proceed to the next step, tap Confirm.

# Step 4 - Auxiliaries

If you need to activate some auxiliaries within this cycle, this is the time to set them up. You can simply tap the aux you wish to select and add the two parameters required:

  • delay of activation, which is the number of seconds that need to pass from the start of the cycle and the actual activation of the selected aux
  • active for, which is the number of seconds the selected aux should stay active for after its activation

If you do not need auxiliaries to be used in this cycle, simply leave all four auxiliaries unselected.

Once you complete this step, tap Confirm.

# Congratulations!

You have just created your wash cycle! We told you it would be super easy 😃
Once you see the Congratulations popup, tap ok and you'll be redirected to the cycles list, where you can see your newly created cycle among the others.

# How many cycles should you create?

We suggest that you create your usually most-used cycles so that you have them all at the ready when you want to combine them to create your custom wash programs. Normally, you would want to create some different variations of the same cycle: one for delicates, one for regular washes and one for heavy-soil.

# The duplicate function

You do not need to create a cycle from scratch each time. For example, let's say you have already created a regular prewash cycle and you now want to create a delicate prewash cycle. Well, you can simply tap on the regular prewash cycle and press the duplicate icon on the cycle popup. A copy of the cycle is added to the cycles list and you can simply open it and modify, for instance, only the name and the desired temperature value.
